I hope y'all enjoy this work-in-progress: each of Isaac's pre-cog paintings & drawings shown on the air has been matched up to the actual events predicted. Paintings seen that have not yet happened are collected at the bottom, with the info known about them.
I'll update this post as the show progresses, so tune in now and then to see the new stuff! Each drawing/live-action picture set has a description of what occurs, the characters involved, and the episode(s) in which the painting and the actual event are first seen. Its presented in the chronological sequence of when it came true (or, when the future was changed
Look for updates made after each new episode airs. Feel free to discuss what you see, and enjoy!

Dialog shown in the comic panel is from Episode 1, but this drawing of Ando's cubicle (modified) was also used for the "sake" conversation in Episode 3. Hiro wears a jacket after returning from NYC, however, that he didn't wear inside the office in Episode 1.

We first meet Simone, just before Isaac explains his ability to paint the future to her. After Simone thinks the bus bombing "prediction" wasn't authentic, Isaac shows her this painting that he'd made that morning. This sequence in the original pilot was later cut from Episode 1. The painting shows up without explanation laying around Isaac's studio in Episode 3.
The serigraph Simone carries is an example of some (non-Heroes) artwork that was created by Tim Sales, the artist who really draws the paintings we see in the show as Isaac's. Beside it is another non-Heroes sketch by Tim Sale named "Vanity" used as filler art in Isaac's studio in "Genesis."

OOPS! Hiro examines his prize for the first time: a comicbook telling Hiro's own story! We glimpse this drawing (left side sketch) in Episode 3. The COVER of the 9th Wonders comicbook seen in that panel is the promotional art for Hiro (right side sketch), instead of the cover showing "Yatta/I Did It" that was actually shown when Episode 2 aired.

Hiro searches for the comicbook's creator. The centerfold (not seen before Episode 11) shows Hiro asking a comicbook shop owner about Isaac. It was probably drawn as a promotional poster for the pilot's premiere at ComicCon, but never seen acted out. Hiro finally reaches Isaac's address and inside notices a comic panel (in progress) on the work table. A short-cut in the artwork here: the sketch of Hiro looking at the drawing table is a mirror-image of the sketch used to represent Hiro being interrogated by the police, and was also used in the very first panel (above) as Hiro sits at his cubicle in Japan.

Super Genome Symbol (SGS) - A half-helix of DNA. Hiro's trip to the future shows many paintings of this symbol in the studio. Back in the present, we also see it when Isaac awakens following his overdose during the eclipse. A few early appearances of the SGS are seen on Hiro's comic, in the pool by Matt at the Walker murder scene, on the necklace of the Haitian, on Chandra Suresh's book "Activating Evolution" and in the computer screen saver at Mohinder's apartment [enhanced for visibility]. Below, it appears in Peter's doodle. It is later seen on Claire's geometry book, Jessica's (bad Niki's) shoulder, at the Greyhound bus stop where DL catches runaway Micah, and on future-Hiro's Katana. (Recent additions: In Mohinder-the-lizard's tank Ep.12, Formed by glass broken by Sylar next to Sandra Bennet Ep.14, and a "dolphin" ice sculpture in the casino kitchen Ep.15)

Another "Missing Mendez" - This is a photo of a painting hanging in Mr. Linderman's private collection. In the original timeline, before Future Hiro (f_Hiro) visited Peter on the subway, Sylar caused the bomb that Linderman wants to happen. After meeting f_Hiro, Peter dedicates himself to stopping the bomb... stopping Sylar. In Episode 5, Peter and Isaac try to find a "missing painting" to help "Save the Cheerleader, Save the World." Nathan asked Mr. Linderman about it, but Linderman concealed the importance of f_Hiro's intervention and instead allowed Nathan to see a portrait of Peter's death, hoping that Peter would not try to stop Sylar from stealing the cheerleader's power.

The Infallible Isaac!! Bennet implores Issac to help him catch the man called Sylar. While Bennet and Isaac speak, this sketch sits in Isaac's lap! It captures two critical moments in time; when Hiro almost reveals his powers while Sylar watches (but hesitates and decides not to at the last moment) and the moment of Charlie's death at the hands of Sylar. (Isaac will later discuss the drawing with Hiro and Ando while seated in the same diner and finally realizes he can paint the future drug-free.)
Important Note: This picture shows where Sylar could be found the very moment Bennet asked for Isaac's help in finding Sylar! Isaac did not beleive in himself and Bennet never looked at the sketch, otherwise they might have caught Sylar before homecoming.

Save the Cheerleader, Save the World - THE FUTURE HAS CHANGED
This is the ONLY painting (so far) where the heroes' actions have altered destiny!
** CONFIRMATION - Graphic Novel 30 "String Theory" confirms that Claire originally died at the hands of Sylar, before f_Hiro's appearance to Peter on the subway... the future changed! **
Claire, fleeing up the bleachers, trips and falls as someone approaches
> In Isaac's original vision, just before Future-Hiro visits Peter on the subway train, Isaac sees the fleeing Claire stumble, turn around, and face the approaching Sylar alone.
> Empowered by Hiro's speech with the courage to 'save the world,' Peter defies certain death by coming to Claire's rescue. This time when she stumbles on the steps, Peter is there beside Claire to help her to her feet and Sylar approaches them together. Peter helps Claire to escape, absorbing her regeneration ability, thus they both survive.

These moving images, contributed 3/20/07 by NBC forum member kakkarot1290, clearly demonstrate how f-Hiro's message to Peter on the subway in Episode 4 altered to future in Isaac's vision.

Afraid that Hiro will find a way to change the timeline and stop him, Sylar (as President Petrelli) orders Mohinder to kill Hiro. Back from the future, Hiro and Ando go to Isaac's loft to ask what they should do. When they arrive, Isaac is already dead and Sylar is right there! Before being spotted, they hide behind Sylar's latest painting; "this man" was the one who killed Isaac. Ando returns to Isaac's loft alone, trying to kill Sylar himself; Sylar captures Ando and the comic book falls into Sylar's hands. "You're kidding," he laughs, not believing this is how he'll die... even when it happens, he still doesn't quite believe it!

UN-FULFILLED PROPHECY -
Uluru ("the invincible") is the name of a creature that appears on the cover of issue #13 of 9th Wonders comic. Like Hiro's and Jessica's comic books, could this image (now painted by Isaac many times) also be true? In "Genesis," Episode 1, we were introduced to "Humanity's Last Hope." Does "Uluru" represent Hiro's struggle against Destiny to change the future and 'Save the World?' Or is it the thing, even scarrier than Sylar, that Molly Walker is afraid to look for? Uluru also appears in the Online Graphic Novel "Death of Hana Gitelman."
Uluru
Painted: Seen in Episode 1 "Genesis" on Micah's comic book, and the full-size painting first seen in Isaac's studio in Episode 4 "Collision," and repeated appearances throughout Season One.
Event happens: (not yet seen - possibly Season Two)
And thus ends "Genesis," Season One of Heroes.
Isaac may be gone, but both his prophecy and his powers live on!
Feel free to discuss what you see, and enjoy!
