The "link" button, on the left had side of the area where you type up a post, can create a link and a link name in your post.
Let us say you want people to go to:
www.the-owi.com/WELCOME
You want the above address to be a useable link. You also want to make the link more understandable.
Here is what you do.
1) Copy the address (ie: www.the-owi.com/WELCOME) you want people to go to.
2) Click the link button.
3) Paste the address into the link field.
4) Click OK.
5) Enter the name you want the link to say. (ie: OWI site) You may just leave the address as the link title if you wish.
6) Click OK.
Your new useable link is now in your post!

I'd advise also checking the "Preview" to make sure the link works in your post before you add the post.
