They aired the newest promo for Heroes: Villains. I'm looking for it online now. Can't find it. It may not be online yet. Among other things, it had Noah explaining how bad the dozen newly released villains are. (Basically, the worst of all possible bad guys.) It also showed Matt completely lost in a barren wasteland. Noah's speach to Claire was chilling. Mohinder looks like someone who's hanging on by his fingernails mentally and emotionally speaking. Matt looks like a little boy lost. Undoubtedly realated to his abandonment issues. Dream? Or psychic attack by dear old dad?

If the worlds evil is released then it is best to have some real evil in your weapon set. It makes me wonder if Sylar was raised to be warped on purpose so that he'd be a formidable weapon in the things that come.
