OWI OFFICER Posts: 1341 (05/08/08 4:01 PM) OWI OFFICER Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None I recently started back 5 days a week at nights where I work (they finally opened the new "temporary" hospital--now they just have to build the new BIG hospital) and I've been busting my butt in school taking online classes. As many of you know, I was accepted into Darton as a "pre-nursing" student starting back in January. I still have to take the entrance exam to nursing school, hopefully at the end of the month. Finals were this past week and my grades have been released: In Computer Fundamentals (basically, learning Office 2007, which was pretty cool) I got an A. In Anatomy and Physiology I, which was a TOUGH class: I GOT AN A!!!!!!! Needless to say, I'm pretty thrilled! Now I just have to relax, veg out, and put my feet up for the next 3 weeks. Oh, and I also need to do some writing because I've got some people probably waiting to string me up! Starting May 27: Anatomy and Physiology II. Let's hope I nail this one too. I was most definitely wigging over the A&P I class. I freaked out when I made a C on one test (muscles--name the ones that are shown in a picture, what are the parts to a muscle-sarcolemmas, muscle fibers, and how muscles contract and move, action potential, gated voltage channels, calcium, acetylcholine, etc.) and started studying like a freak for the last 2 and then the final, which paid off, apparently--hence the non-writing and being a "missing person" here somewhat. I'm definitely going to start writing again----only NOW I have writer's block! I'm going to do some re-reading and see if that helps unblock me a bit.
