Last time we saw the final episode of season two 2 people so called Nathan Petrelli aka. Adrian Pasdar got shot and Niki Sanders aka. Ali Larter got blown up.
To top that off it seems that D.L is dead because of Niki.

I think Ali is gone off to make movies. I'm not sure but I think she's gone.
Nathan was shot in what appeared to be both lungs. Not good. On the plus side, Peter is there and i am pretty sure his blood has the same healing powers as Claire's and Adam's. He should be back.
