I'm very excited!!! I just cannot wait to see what they give us. This season has been so freakin' cool. I'm very proud of that writing team for
constantly pushing the envelope to blow our mind just a little bit more every week. I am also dying to see just how they leave us hanging. There is always
that fun cliffhanger ending, and that makes me happy! Last season we got the news that Jack and Kate were off the island and we were introduced to the
"flash-forward." Season 2 ended with the scientists finding the island on their radar or whatever after Des blew up the hatch and calling Penny to
let her know they found it (really cool, but they did less with that this season;s till I think that when we get more background to what Ben and Charles have
been doing the past year, we'll see how it fits in - finale's informing finales). Then of course for season 1 we got the long look down that
mysterious hatch. So, give us something good Season 4. That way we can ponder and speculate our way through the summer.

I still think that the ending will be the O6 (plus or minus one or two...Walt...) returning to the island (future flash perhaps?) and something has happened to
the rest of the survivors..changed, Dharma-ized?, ghosts, 100% spiritual, something will be very different about them....maybe even extra people will be there,
like Charlie, that we have seen die.

That show rocked so freakin' much! I was up and down so much. At first I was like, okay they're all going to live, when they said "the ones we left behind." But then Jin got blowed up, AAAAAAAAAHH. I hope he somehow survived. Maybe when Christian said to Michael, "you can go now" then the camera cut away, there was some time/space bendy thing that saved the people on the boat, including Jin. I would feel bad if Jin died, and honestly, I would feel bad in Michael died. He gave everything to make up for what he did, I hope the Island saved him. Claire is probably dead, but who knows. Ben went freak crazy on GI He-Man (seriously, I think that guy works out, haha). What else, what else. Miles had a big epiphany out on the Island, he is seeing past lives or people's lives outside of normal space-time or something. Apparently Charlotte is there with him on seeing such things in her life. Did Daniel and his boat make it into the time warp or not? Oh, and how cool was the vision of the Island disappearing? I thought the golden photoshopped pixie dust coming out of the "big wheel" where Ben moved the Island was cheesy, but the other stuff was cool. Good call about the possiblity of the Island being moved in time, whoever that was, the Orchid station video tends to lead to that assumption. In that case, where or when did the Island go? Did it not exist in some time if it was in fact time travel? Oh, and was that wheel the wheel of the Black Rock? Did the Black Rock start the whole ball rolling, was Jacob on that ship... I want more!!!! So John is dead in the coffin, that's interesting. And he's the evil mastermind? Why were they scared about him? Would not Locke want to protect the island above all costs? Did Jacob kick him out and piss him off (another father-figure screwing him over)? Was Locke simply trying to pull them back in a way that endagered things? I need to know! Okay, I have to pack for an international flight tomorrow. Please talk away forever, I want to be able to read your thoughts when I get back in a couple weeks. Talk it up. God bless the Lost writers and really excellent acting from basically everyone (they managed to fit all kinds of people in this episode) who was in this epi. You people rock! Peace. |

I've been trying to figure out why/how John got in the coffin. I get why they didn't use his real name. I get why Kate didn't want to go to the
funeral/everyone else. He was officially made an "Other" and leader of them, so that line, Was he friend of family? Makes sense.
How/when did he leave the island? That is a very loaded question. What killed him? If he was off the island, did the island let him die? How does the island do that? time travel? (ala Bill and Ted in the police station). I'm going to rewatch this afternoon, there was sooooooo much stuff I missed basically all of it. |

Show was phenomenal. Those two hours went by soo quick. I was looking at the clock thinking "ok so we're not going to get an answer about the
coffin" and boom. Locke in the coffin?? Didn't see that one coming at all. First, I thought it was Ben and then I thought oh maybe its Desmond. We
know he got off the island but didn't see any flash forwards of him this season, which led me to believes its probably Desmond. I thought it's great
how at the end of S3 finale Jack is on the SAT phone and tells everyone that they are going back and you see him in the flash forward begging Kate to go back.
And this year, you see Locke becoming the leader of the Others (something he wanted) and then boom hes in the coffin. I'm just going to stop thinking up
theories cause I don't know how they are going to explain this one.

I found it fun/interesting to rewatch it knowing who was in the coffin. It made some of the earlier conversations make more sense. Although, my DVR
didn't record the second part (watched it at a friends house). I'm going to have to watch it on-line I guess.
