Do any of you all watch Jay Leno? He has a segment on his show where he takes 3 people and asks them pretty simple questions and they are so stupid, they
cant answer them.
Tonight he asked a girl, " A man named Henry disovered the Hudson River. What was his last name?" She didn't have a clue. Teh guy next to her
got it right.
Less than 2 minutes later, he asked her again, She got it wrong again. It was painful to watch.

I often wonder just how many people they actually go through before they find just the right person ... then I remember the state our schools are in and think,
not very far. Sigh. :op Admittedly, I probably wouldn't have done much better as I'm no good under pressure.

They're closing my highschool alama mater to consolidate the schools in the county and the students held a protest. The local media covered it. And the
signs they had were so repelete with misspellings and poor diction it was embarrassing. I'm ashamed to admit that I went to school there.
